Good to know
- Shrinkit works from events that happen after you connect: orders placed before installation are not imported into COD confirmation.
- COD confirmation buttons and the AI assistant need a connected WhatsApp Cloud API channel.

Plans start at $19/month and are priced in USD. The pricing section shows an approximate amount in your local currency. WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta directly to your business.
